Nights are focused on healthy sleep for you and baby. Your doula arrives for their shift and checks in with you. Once we’ve gone over updates and questions, you’ll likely hand baby off and head to sleep.
Throughout the night your doula will take care of diaper changes, soothing, bottle feeds, and managing any gas or discomfort baby may have. If you are nursing, your doula will bring baby to you for feeds and get them burped and put back to bed.
In the morning you will wake up to notes about your baby’s night, and clean pump parts and bottles.

Day support is best for first time parents who are looking to learn. These shifts are flexible based on where you need the most support that day. Whether that’s baby’s first bath, feeding support, or someone to hold baby so you can eat, shower, or spend time with your partner.
Evening shifts (ex. 4-8p) can be valuable to parents of toddlers or older children. When dinner and bedtime roll around, it can get tricky to balance everyone’s routines. Your doula can help with dinner prep, bath time, or soothing baby during peak fussy hours.
Prenatal Nesting
4 hours: $180
6 hours: $270
The first steps to postpartum care start before birth. During this visit, we will focus on preparing nourishing meals you can freeze now and defrost when you have little time to cook. We’ll create stations with essentials for your recovery and feeding baby. Your baby’s clothes will be folded and organized, and your feeding supplies will be washed and sterilized. We’ll discuss what to expect in the first few weeks, how your circle can be supportive, and make sure you have any referrals you might need once baby arrives.
Especially helpful for moms on bed rest, single parents, and those with a deployed spouse, or first time parents who want to set their home up for functionality in the early weeks.

A supportive postpartum visit designed to help you feel more confident and prepared as you settle into life with your newborn.
This package includes one daytime visit, customized to meet your family’s unique needs. Whether you need hands on newborn care, feeding support, a warm meal, or simply a listening ear—we’ll focus on what feels most valuable to you.
You’ll also receive a newborn care PDF resource guide with helpful information to reference during the early weeks at home.
